Hi, Joseph. I'm not sure if you can get any help from anyone until you go Premium. Now, I'm not positive about this, but I'll tell you that I didn't waste any time going Premium because WA is a solid place, no scams, I've been here 6 months and I'm still a newbie, but I'm making progress. I'd suggest you go Premium, but that's up too you. Anyway, welcome to WA. As for getting hold of Kyle, it's very difficult even at the best of times, which is why it's best to become a Premium member and get access to all the other helpful people that are on this site. Hi, I'm already a premium member. I had to reset my Chromebook and in doing so, I have to sign in to everything now. I put my correct username in the box but, I must have clicked my mouse on the way out of the username box and It used the first part of my email address. I hope that Kyle can recover my original account. I believe that he can because they talk about our stuff being photoed every day. It's not allowing me to edit the name. It's saying, SORRY BUT THAT NAME IS ALREADY IN USE!!!!!! HELP HELP HELP

Click your image (top left) & then from the menu that appears click "Account Settings"... It's from there that you'll be able to edit your name :)
