Hey guys, this is my first time posting in this blog, or any blog for that matter. I've worked in construction most of my life. I think I've acquired enough knowledge in that field, among others, to create a good niche in that category. Any advice or feedback would be greatly appreciated.looking forward to getting involved with this community.

Sincerely,

O.G.C.

Hey this is awesome !!

Construction is a great niche
Would you narrow it to do it yourself or done for you?
Or just tips in how to and where?

I was thinking tips, direction, maybe selling products,or materials.what do you think?

Construction is very broad... going from concrete to plumners... so you need an entey point

You need to construct a concept, like how to construct your own house, and start from scratch with all points of attention

Or just focus on one aspect: windows, roof, etc...

Thanks for the advice.I'll take that into consideration.

Hello guys,I hope everybody is doing well on their journeys.

I know I haven't been very active lately but trust me I've been busy.

I've been doing a lot of research lately trying to figure out what to do,or where to go with this online thing I'm trying to get going. I guess you could say I got stuck, or scared to be honest.

I was in between jobs when I came across this website. I haven't been able to purchase the premium yet so I've been trying to figure things out on the internet. There is so much information and opportunity out there it's kinda scary to me.
I'm just tired of all the hard physical work.

O.k. so check this out guys.

I work in construction mostly. I've done pretty much everything, in some form or another in the construction industry.
But I've had a few other then construction.
My first job ever was washing cars for my dad a couple of times when i was like 12 years old.First real job was at 13 one summer,at a wrecking yard taking tires off the rims with a tire machine.i would separate good from bad tires and match and stack the rims.Got paid 25 cents a tire...
Long story short,I can tell the long version later if there's interest, here's a quick list of most of the jobs I've done threw out my life...I'll try to go in order.
I worked for a cleaning company at 17.I vacuumed the GTE highrise here in this town I'm from.KFC at 19.Met my first love there...things didn't work out.But i had two wonderful boys that did...
From there I went to a meat packing plant and learned 16 different jobs in the kill floor where i wouldn't slow down production.I quit that job later.Next i went into the construction industry.up untill then the most I had only made was 4.75 an hour.Start pay for a labor roofing 8 bucks. It was a good company to start for cause it was high quality construction remodeling,so i broke out learning the right way to do good work.Good story there too...
In construction I've done concrete, framing, pretty much everything that has to do with building a house, except electrical.and i can do it i just dont have a license.same goes for plumbing.I've operated heavy machinery from fork lifts to dump trucks,an IT28G front end loader, back hoe,a grade all,a crain here and there.I worked once pulling coax cable out of a bucket truck.Got some lineman experience there.Learned to weld in jr.high and have used that skill from time to time.worked in a lumber yard once close to my 30's.I was haveing my first son and the construction business can be up and down if you don't know what your doing.I guess some of my bosses fell into that catagory.
I've worked in the oil fields to get out of some slumps I've been in.Thats a ruff and dangerous life I'd like to avoid if at all possible.
Let's see...
I've cooked at a couple of places.I painted oilfield storage tanks.Huge tanks.
Man i even worked at this place that did weddings and sweet 15's.Thats an interesting story also...
I've always done my own mechanic work on my own vehicles, and the occasional side job here and there...
I feel like my long story short is pretty long itself.Im gonna stop here for now.I'm not even sure if anybody will see this or if im posting or commenting on the right place.I've gotten kinda confused with all this information and all these sites. And i can't afford the premium at the moment,Im for the moment gonna keep reaching and learning, cause i know if i can learn all I've learned with all these other jobs,I know eventually I'll figure it all out.And every job I've had I've been the best i could be at it.I just need to look at it that way.
I have more jobs to tell y'all.I'm just really new to this writing thing.not to mention the public thing.Really new to that...
any advice or feed back or help would be greatly appreciated...

Sincerely,

Joe

Hi Joe

Awesome experience! You can write a book... As for the premium... Just check the basics first and take time to evaluate, and all will fall into places.

Good luck

Thank you very much.I appreciate your input.
