Hi Jonathan,
I used to make the same assumptions and made many mistakes. You will be able to get back into contributing with site and feedback comments.

EdwinBernard, has given a great explanation. It is a great guideline.

The best thing to do is contact Kyle so you can get basic to commenting as soon as possible.

Best wishes,
Michael

Jonathan, hope it all works out. I'm not glad you got banned, but I am glad of the thoughtful answers you received, because I can take heed and learn from your mistake as I'm sure others will too. You can look at it as a teaching moment for others rather than a mistake, meaning it actually turns into a success of sorts! Best continued success to you!

Jeff

Good response for Jonlyf Jeff. Good deal.

When you give Site Feedback you can state what you like about their website or article and areas they can improve on. This can be a lengthy response, as much as you think is necessary.

When you give Site Comment, you DO NOT do the above. Instead you focus on the topic matter and respond to the comments they have requested. Like questions on the topic. Your experience on the topic. Etc. Keep this brief like two paragraphs each with about three sentences in it. You do not have to give comments on everything they have in their article. Pick what appeals to you and speak to that.

No matter how bad their grammar and English is you do not give advice on how to improve these aspects.

That is probably what you did in Site Comments and so they rejected your comments.

When I started giving Site Comments I also was confused about the difference.

Since you have been banned, I suggest you do what Diane Scorpio has suggested and hope that Kyle will reinstate you.

I hope this helps. Good luck!

Edwin

Hi - as far as I am aware, once you have been banned from commenting, there is nothing you can do. Only Kyle can change the decision, so you would have to message him and explain that you now understand what you did wrong.

Yes. I wonder if you have to apply to Kyle or Carson. Perhaps they will need to feel sure that you understand the difference between the two feedback sites.

Lily 😊

Hi, I am using Site Content in WA to make content and post it. My question is, do I need to go to WordPress to add on the SEO title, description and keyword manually? Or should

If you have a good optimized title already, there is no need to change that in WP itself.

About adding KW there is not as such a place where you need to add KW as long as you have followed the training here and use them appropriately in your article itself.

But the meta description needs to be added in WP itself.

Hope this answers your questions.

I was wondering the same thing. So in essence it's not necessary to mess with metadata tags on Wordpress?

No, meta tags do no longer really have an effect on rankings.

It's good to know. Thanks!

If you activate the All-in-one SEO plug-in, some of these function automatically when you create the blogs, you can then choose to add the manual fields. I believe keyword is manual.

Depending on the plug-in you use, it may differ.

Hi, I have joined WA almost a month now, my website is https://actionspeaks.co
The thing is I do not know if I am doing it all right, not sure the keyword I use is effectiv

Hi Jon,

There are many things that come into play when it comes to ranking. But your site looks great so far.

But rankings in Google take time as Google first needs to trust you and that does not come overnight (or within a month, unfortunately).

How quickly traffic will come depends on the content, the competition in your needs, etc. But as a general rule, you should not really look at Google Search Console or Analytics fro the organic traffic for the first 3 months.

The disadvantage of organic traffic is that it takes patience before it starts - but when it starts it can really build up to a river of traffic over time (which means potentially a river of sales).

So not seeing any traffic after a month and 12 posts is very normal. The important thing is now to keep posting regular content and keep learning how to improve it. So great to just keep going with a content schedule and to watch the live trainings to keep getting inspiration to improving.

Hope this helps and let me know if you have other questions.

Thanks for the advice, do you mind to look at my keyword on my post, if there are good for ranking? Thanks again

By just taking a quick look they look like great KW.

And if you follow the training about finding KW using Jaaxy you will be fine. One more thing though is to also take a look at what already comes up when you search for the KW.

Look at how good the articles are, how long they are, etc. The stats might say the KW is easy to rank for but if they whole first page of Google is dominated by huge brands and articles that have extremely good articles you do not feel you can compete with, then it will be harder to rank.

So always good to also take a look at the articles that are already ranking after you have done KW research and then try to make your articles better.

With the right keywords and by being consistent, I'd say on the 4th to the 6th month. It'll take sometime before search engines will consider you as an authority in your niche.

Just keep working on your site, Jonathan, and soon enough you'll get to where you want to be.

Thanks, I will do my best

Hi Jon, send me one of your keywords and I will gladly take a look. Also, as Jim said, there are many variables and some of those are not because we are not doing something right. Most of my posts are indexed quickly, others take a while. :-)

Hi there, one of my post keyword is 5 Best Acoustic Guitar For Beginners
My website https://actionspeaks.co
Thanks man, appreciate your help.
Jon

Hi Jon, I just took a quick look at your site and found it useful and positive. I play electric guitar (not very well) and saw a few things that interested me. As English isn't your first language, there are a few small grammar errors that you should tidy up. Many folks may not notice but getting the grammar right will tighten up your words and improve the flow. If you're not sure, you can ask me anytime.
I ran a Jaaxy search on your post title and found a QSR of 60 as it is. If you were to change the keywords by adding the letter S to make Guitars, the QSR drops to 43 . . . less competition. I notice that you have the singular "Guitar" on other posts too. It might be worth running them through Jaaxy again to see what comes up by changing to "Guitars". Then all you need to do is update the posts and Google Bots will look again. I hope this helps, keep messaging if you need more. Steve

Hi Steve, thanks for the tips, yes grammar is my biggest problem, I have tried to use Grammarly to help me improve, yes I will take in your suggestions on the guitars, please if you can tell me which post I need to improve on the grammar?

Hi Jon, In the header to the post, Best Acoustic Guitars Strings 2019 – My Personal Favorite And Why! "A good string will immediate brings out the volume and projection to a guitar. Different sizes strings will also affect the tone of the guitars and also the action (the height)..."
Better as "A good string will immediately bring out the volume and projection to a guitar. Different sized strings will also affect the tone of the guitar and also the action (the height)

From what I see you have small errors like above. Grammarly should help. Lot's of writing and checking will get you there. Also reading a few books in English will help because the grammar will sink in naturally.

Steve

This is always a difficult question to answer. It's different for each of us and depends on so many variables. Some niches rank faster and better then others. The amount and quality of the content makes a difference, keyword phrases ( or long tailed keywords) make a difference. Google's trust must be earned. Even changes to Google's algorithms can make a difference.
When I first started my website my early posts ranked within a month. Now my ranking can take many months.
But don't give up. Your success might be only moments away. Yes, it can take hard work and time, but the end rests can be well worth it. Jim

Hi - You can also find your personal affiliate link within your profile.

Just to the right of your name in your profile you will find a share link - this is your affiliate link. All other tools and links you can find within the $ tab on the upper right of the page as Edwin said.

Good luck!
Shannon

Click the $ icon at the top right. It will take you to the business area related to promoting Wealthy Affiliate. One of the windows will show you your affiliate link as well as affiliate banners etc.

Hope this helps.

Will you recommend me to have more than 1 niche in a website?
I am thinking to have Toys niche and Gadgets like camera, Mic and headphones?

Do you recommend?

I agree with the others. The topics on your site needs to be related somehow

Not a good idea, unless its something that relates, then it could be some sort of subset in your site!

Jeff

Hi - no, it should be only one niche per website, otherwise you will confuse your visitors. In the examples you have given, you are targetting several different audiences.

Say, I visit your site having done a Google search on a camera, but discover that your other articles relate to toys and headphones, I would assume you are not an authority on cameras and would soon leave, then you have lost a potential customer.

Thanks noted 😊

I don't understand this. Peeps get to one post through searching. How could they get confused if your site has three or four categories? They may not even notice.
