The Biggest Part of Success, And No It Is Not The Money!
Today has reminded me of the greatest gift that having an online business gives you.
Yes the money gives you choices but what is as (if not more) important is TIME
Time to spend with your family
Time to spend kicking back and relaxing whilst others toil away!
Time to do what YOU want to do
Today was my 11 year old son's end of year 'graduation' style ceremony at school. He leaves his Primary school tomorrow and moves on to pastures new at Secondary school in September.
What a morning! They all dressed up in handmade mortar board hats and Harry Potter type black gowns to give maximum effect. It was the first time that the school has done this type of ceremony and it was an absolute triumph.
The children (all 96 of them) then sang modern songs with words changed slightly to fit the occassion interspersed with each and every one of them getting up on stage to speak to the parents about what were there favourite memories of their time at the school.
For some it was the many school residential trips away over the years. For others the sporting achievements they had attained. For others it was the great friednships they has made along the way and also the great help they had been given by the teachers.
Some of the children began to cry at various points throughout the ceremony as did some of the parents!
It was very moving.
My point with all of this, is that, if I had a regular 9-5 I would have either had to miss it altogether, or had to take holiday to attend, or worse pull a sicky!!
But, having your own online business, working from the comfort of your own home, you are able to go to events like this with no stress, no drama, no playing catch up at work and without a second thought.
Working from home is bliss and days like today remind me how amazing my life has been over the last 10 years. I have never missed a school event and for those that do miss them, that is TIME that you never get back!
When you are in the autumn years of your life, are you going to think about all the money you have accumulated over the years, or how much your family adore you because you were able to give them your greatest gift - YOUR TIME!

I agree with CandP, time flies, I remember my children's early years like it was yesterday and now they are 33 and 34. I was very fortunate to work for a boss that always insisted we leave work to go to a school function, he was a true family man, but many put work and money first. So you are so right that it is TIME that is the biggest asset of owning an online business.
Sounds like the ceremony was a big hit, it is something that both you and your son will remember always.

Before you even realize it, time is gone and you can't get it back...and you cannot afford to miss those special moments with your children and family.
Your are so right that this is what WA helps us achieve. Success so that we can use the time to with those people we love or things we want to do.

Yes it's very important to keep a positive attitude even if all looks very bad.
The time is always something you can never get back so u must try to live every day like it was or could be your last so u have to keep smiling !
I like wa because it will give me the freedom to go anywhere in the world and run my business unlike my home reno business which I like doing for many years but I need to have a lot of tools and it operates only in my city and does not operate 24 hrs daily !
That's the freedom I am looking forward to but it has to make money otherwise what's the point .
I have many friends who have retired some recieve $100,000.00 a year and some make more than this in a month so if I can do a fraction of that I will be happy .
I noticed you started about the same time as me and have had a chance to spend more time than me that's great all the best I hope u also make a lot of money in your venture with wa all the best !!!

Yes Time is very important and money can not buy it.
A few years ago I decided that I was going to write my life story. Well not actually write it. What I mean is live my life on my terms and enjoy everyday.
