Making Small Steps for Accomplishment

I would like to share with you where I am at with my life at Wealthy Affiliate and where my content is heading with all my analytics now in place. There are downsides happening, however, I am also seeing great results with my content building for my website which for me is amazing as I search and study to become the best writer out there.

I am struggling a little with Google but that goes with my domain name which is close to travel not affiliate based which is a huge part of my niche. The great thing is something that went unnoticed by myself recently was that my website can go in any direction which is simply good luck. I was reading my posts the other day and thought, my goodness there is lots of room here to promote as many affiliate programs as I want.

What I do not really understand is how my website is not ranked in Google. I have reached number one on all three-search engines 22 times for the same posts which for me should have meant lots more traffic, but it never came. As I mentioned, however I am seeing small surprises with content ranking and the improvement of my content overall and for me as a writer and all this is happening now is amazing.

What motivates me after researching some guru's that have thousands of posts that are always popping up on the same pages as my own posts is that I am ranked better for some of my posts. I think this is a huge step for me and I can only wish for a great year next year. No I'm not making progress with sales but traffic from Bing is happening. I need to concentrate more on Google.

My posts do show up in Google but not ranked as well as earlier this year but that might be because I am asking for to much to soon with the other added 50 posts since indexing. Would you believe that a few months ago I forgot to index over 50 posts and when I did I was amazed how many posts ranked well. Its just goes to show we really never know until we index and get ranked how much traffic we will get.

After checking my stats with WA interface however I can see small steps that is for sure. I am happy to keep going and hope that next year is the year for me. This year I am going to master marketing as far as social media goes and I have just started training with AdWords, so it is all about staying motivated now and forever.

I want you all to understand that motivation and your love for writing will drive your ambitions and goals forward ten-fold. When you love what you do it changes the game completely all for the success you deserve. I never imagined I could write so many posts about affiliate marketing and read them two months later to think highly of myself for once.

I know this sounds negative but if you are in the affiliate marketing niche the competition is huge, however, it does not scare me it gives me more motivation to be better every single day. I have written around 112 posts to date and waiting for ten to get indexed. These are my favourite posts to date, so it shows I am more motivated than ever. I am structuring my posts better, having less errors in analytics and seeing far more improvement than earlier this year.

I am learning to stroll back through posts to amend them accordingly with what I have learned in analytics with the small problems I have. There is nothing better than finding problems, solving them, and watching them disappear in your analytic error reports.

What I believe in today could change tomorrow because it depends on what I learn each day, where I learn it from and the authenticity of the training. I trial a lot and if the results happen, I know where to locate the best information. That is why I am going to spend more time in the week going through WA’s training and using the excellent information and training resource we have inside the community.

I am feeling more positive than ever and it shows in my private life and online. I feel a better as a person and I am almost back to the person I once was. Yes I have had struggles as most of us do but now I have learned to slow down, pay more attention to what I am doing and saying and also I am learning from those that help me in their own time.

I am here for anyone that wants advice on content writing and post structure due to the amount of time I have placed on it this year. I think the next payment I make must be close to my first year here at Wealthy Affiliate. I am so proud of so many of you and I am proud of myself after many struggles to now begin to compete online.
