Make SEO Preparation a Habit

Hi Everyone

No one likes habits when placed in the context that it is something we do because we cannot stop. Not all habits are bad for example: Checking your websites SEO progress via the All-In-One SEO/AIO plugin which is there to help you improve your website and business SEO. The last three weeks I have been going through my old posts and checking my SEO scores and managed to get 99% of the above 90% with a few 100/100.

My website was running slow too which needed attention, so I have made it a habit to reduce the size of pictures and anything that slows my website down to a minimum. I have also been writing far better with my SEO/AIO scores automatically hitting around 92/100 or more.

This means less work after writing posts; hence I think it's important to follow the SEO/AIO guidelines to improve your overall ranking on Google, Yahoo and Bing so your workload is reduced, and you can spend more time on new content and with customers.

I have made things that need to be utilised for good reason into habits that means my business is indeed improving as I take on tasks naturally to improve what I have learned. I have also written a post about how I managed to improve my SEO/AIO score for my followers and customers to learn from. With my website being an affiliate information resource, I found it a good idea to open a few ideas for others.

If you have not decided to try the new SEO/AIO addition to our WordPress dashboards please make it available to improve your search engine ranking. It takes a few days to get used to but once you have mastered it, is good fun watching your score improve after amendments to your content.

Just remember to write your content with keywords and then when you ready to go to check your SEO/AIO score you need to enter your keywords into SEO/AIO. After this, a score will be generated for you to work on if need be. Just read where it tells you to make amendments and work on those to improve your generated score.

I hope that this gives you some motivation and assistance towards improving your SEO scores and I will see you all in the community.

You're welcome, Jonah!

Hi Jonah,
Like I have been reworking my articles. I love AIO/SEO. I think it really makes SEO simple.

It takes a but of work to bring our websites up to speed but I believe it is well worth it in the end.

This is good advice. Although, sometimes I think it's harder to rework old articles than it is to write new ones. I am going through this process, also. I can see the learning progression in my articles. Thanks for the post.

Hi Drjec,

Yes, my exact thoughts too. It's rather painstaking going through my old posts when I have improved ten times more since then. I try to just do a post every now and then but I have 135 posts so I have done around half of them all around 90/100 or thereabout.

I am seeing better traffic in the last few weeks so I hope it's my hard work with SEO/AIO paying off but then again I am writing much better posts now so maybe it's that.

I'm working my way through mine too.

Hi Geoffrey,

It actually does improve your ranking I've been checking that too.
