Hi - it's down to the economics of the platform. If members are not paying for Site Comments, then certified commenters don't get paid. It should only be seen as an opportunity to earn some income, not a guarantee.

Hi - you have to do an initial 50 to be a certified commenter, and then you have to keep above that score. It's a rolling program over 30 days.

Nor really sure what this is but it has came up as a must use in the plug-in section of the back office of my website. Does anyone know what to do ?

Hi Jonathon, you technically do not create the key. It is something that is created for you, either through Amazon an affiliate or some sort of licensed software.

I can see where i have received new notifications but when I click on them it’s not letting me see them is anyone else having this problem?
Do you have a filter set? If it says "unread only", you may be filtering out all the notifications in there. Can you show me a screenshot of what you are seeing.
It seems to be working fine now earlier it would show notifications and then when I clicked them nothing appeared but it seems to be ok at the moment

It would show me new notifications but as soon as I clicked them it didn’t show anything for some reason. I’m not having any issues with it now though.
