As already pointed out below, there is nothing wrong with changing your content. Keeps your website fresh

My Mom was born and raised in Cookeville, Tn and I lived in Sparta for about 4 years. My older sister is living down there now. My other sister and I are going down in October for a visit and then on to South Carolina. I loved it down there but had to put space between me and the first ex, now I have been in Michigan and thinking of moving to SC.

In my Facebook experience, I never want to over-saturate my timeline with post after post of my site's content. However, I know a few folks there could more than likely benefit
Creating a fan page would be great as as you stated you have some friends or acquaintances that may benefit. So once you create your fan page you can also begin to invite those you are thinking off and don't have to invite the rest. Let us all know here when done so we can like you fan page and boost the likes as we have done with other members here. Take care be well

I did create the actual fan page, i haven't began with design. Would it be a good idea to just keep it simple and have links from my site? I want it to be clean, yet effective.

There is nothing wrong with doing research John, trying to reverse engineer processes and competitors sites can be part of this most definitely.
Where I see people getting in trouble when they attempt this is making assumptions on earnings/revenue just because a site is ranked number, has an Alexa (which is meaningless), or claims that they are generating revenue.
So reverse engineer for ideas, but don't do so basing things on assumptions or heresy when it comes to data.
Makes sense. I was looking to build a list of folks that were in the same boat I was a few years back. I just didn't want to do anything unethical to demean the integrity of this program. I am experimenting with my approach and hope to fully gain a following by using this technique. I sometimes bust into a sprint and get winded if you know what I am saying. Thanks for the reply Kyle.
