Affiliate Windows Take Over Yet Another Company

Hi Everyone,

I have been with Affilinet network for about 6 months, late this afternoon I received an email from Affiliate Windows confirming that Affilinet is now under their company name.

In fact Affiliate Windows who's official name is now AWIN, since January 2017, took over shareAsale, merged with zanox and now taken over affilinet network, who is the oldest network company in Europe.

AWIN say they are increasing international opportunities, AWIN have 100,000 publishers and 6,000 advertisers. Affilinet had 50,000 publishers and 3,500 advertisers. AWIN is already one of the biggest networks in Europe, Antitrust authorities have to grant their approval making the merger legally binding.

I bet their is fierce competition with affiliate networks, even these companies are attempting to take over each other. This is the world we live in now.

Hope you are enjoying your week so far.

Thank you,

John

As a bit of insight, Awin's acquisition of ShareASale and Affilinet were both welcomed decisions by all the companies involved, rather than anything aggressive or hostile. Each company chose to join together because of shared values and goals. I work for Awin and I can tell you that everyone I've encountered from all three companies are happy and excited about these deals. Hope that helps.

Thank you, Jeanine.

I love working with Awin, they are my company with most of my affiliate advertisers.
I am sure they are a good company to work for.

I'm very happy to hear that, John. I am very proud to be a part of the Awin team. If I can ever be of assistance, please let me know.

John, if that can help, I have been with AWin since shortly before it change its name to AWin, and they are good. They have a lot of programs available, and they have their own affiliate program too! So, it might not be a bad move after all.

I'm very glad that you are happy with your experience with Awin. As I said with John, I've been with them for 6 years as the Client Services Manager for the US office, and if I can be of any assistance for you with anything (regardless of location), please let me know.

Hi John, thanks for the info. Irv.

Not a problem, Irv.

It makes things a little easier for us.

John

Thanks John

AWIN have made it a bit easier, having many advertisers under one roof.

John

True.

Thanks for sharing John:)

Hi Rika,

AWIN have so many advertisers with owning these companies now.

John

These are all good things as progress means very different things to different people.

I agree Mickey, definitely a positive move.

John

Awin is an excellent company that is very progressive in the way they think and operate their business.

I think this is only a good thing for those involved in either Affilinet or Awin already as there will be a larger pool of talent, technology and affiliate opportunities under one roof now.

Yes all these advertisers will be under one roof which is great for us.
I affiliate for about 10 advertisers with AWIN, also had 4 advertisers who have declined, so I just move on.

John

Interesting.

Hi Jay,

It is great that many advertisers will be all under one roof.

John

Lets hope corporate mergers create merged affiliate opportunities John!

Too true Mike.
That is exactly what AWIN are doing.
