Wondering what exactly is the difference in giving feedback versus comments? Like the length or content. I would love to hear any thoughts on this.
Are comments more casual while feedback would be more critical (Not in a bad way)?

Hi Johnny, that question couldn't come at a better time. I was going to do a post on it tomorrow. The important thing to remember when commenting on a post is that it actually has to pertain to the information presented on the post. There have been a few times where the comment was more like criticism. These comments will be seen on the website and will appear to be staged. It can hurt your ranking on search engines. Comments are actual comments on your articles/blogposts/pages so it will look like your posts are having active engagement.
