You have your two free sites and another 25 SiteRubix ones. How many more can you handle right now?
Concentrate on getting just one up and running then worry about the rest as and when you come to them.

Ellwood, (eggeater) there is no requirement to buy a domain. It is optional.
As a free starter member, you can create up to 2 free websites and access the free training, including tons of tutorials prepared by members.
You can stay a free member for as long as you wish.
Focus on adding content and driving traffic to your siterubix site.
Free Starter members cannot host their own domain here anyway, so don't think about it until you can go premium.

Having your own domain gives you more authority as a website owner and online businessman.
My personal opinion.

Is getting and buying your domain the most important thing?

Hello John,
Your own domain = your own business.
A free website = you don't own your business.
There is a point you can reach in your online development where the question becomes a no-brainer.

Well said on both counts Judy.
No point in worrying about something unless you have to and you're right - your own domain does give you more credence on the internet but that being said sometimes my SiteRubix does do slightly better than my own domain.
Enjoy your Wednesday.
Robert
Thanks Robert-A. I guess I should have worded my ? a bit as a new member building my site I was wondering if it was must until i've got some content etc. Thanks for the answer.
