the original text while still in the link box works when clicked on?
they are on my hostgator pages 1 and 2 on website: shareyourthought.org links work when in linkbox and text is blue,They do not work when out of link box anf text is green.

i realize autoresponders ask whether recepient has opted in, do you need permission for initial email to him/her
You normally get them to sign up to your list by opting in with an online form on your website.
