Taking The Time To Reset - Both Plan & Mindset

It's been a while since I wrote a blog on here... I need to get better at that... But thought it was good to document where I'm up to here at WA!

Like most of us, I presume, I've had some things get in the way and had me questioning myself as to where I am with this whole affiliate marketing/blogging thing.

I definitely felt I'd lost my mojo about my blog - with me not really being clear on which niche I was targetting and who was my target audience. Even though, we have the best training here, it's too easy to go off track.

So, I've literally done a hard reset and I've actually taken the decision to start a new blog. I've gone with a clearer vision for myself and have taken the time to give myself a clear path to stay on, to ensure it doesn't get lost.

My blog is up and running, I've got a handful of blog posts on it and have a few more in the pipeline... All with a clear target audience all in mind.

I've personally found that hard in the past to narrow it down to a target audience, but it's definitely worth the time to create an "avatar" of who you're writing for. Age, gender, problem they are trying to solve, etc.

My advice to anyone that is new to WA is to ensure you don't rush through the training. Take the time to read it, and then re-read the lessons, and make sure you don't forget to do the research on your niche selection thoroughly. Picking the wrong niche can make this so much harder...

I feel much better about this opportunity, and can feel that it's the right niche for me.

I'll be documenting my progress on my WA blog, with the hope of keeping myself motivated to blogging on here...
