Not Sure What To Write About
ARE YOU EXPERIENCING BRAIN FOG?
All of us go through this from time to time.
WHAT CAN WE DO ABOUT BRAIN FOG?
What has helped me tremendously has been to use my i-phone whenever I have a thought, idea, concept or even words that I read or hear and place an immediate note to myself for later.
Later means those foggy times that I need inspiration to pull something together.
Also, make sure you are well nourished when writing. Get enough rest, take vitamins eat enough protein, get at least 20 minutes of exercise 4 times per week and I promise you, you will feel better and have a more emotional connection with your readers.
Something else that can help is to read other blogs and articles to give you ideas and inspiration for your own. I am not saying to copy, but rather use concepts and emotions to help assist your writing abilities!
I hope this gives you all encouragement!
Blessings to you and your family!
John

When I was studying for my exams at uni, our tutor had a tip for us. During a 3 hour exam take some chocolate with you as it releases the brain signals (I can’t remember the name), anyway, I found for me it relaxed me, stopped the nerves and I wrote my essays much better. Not good for the weight though. Oh the chocolate had to be in a see through container for the examiner to see. Yes nerves would cause brain fog 🌫
Good suggestions, John!
Brain fog is something common which probably most of us experience, when tired.
Thank you for sharing.

Great post John! Better take some time off when the brain fog comes for you. I often do something totally different.
Nourishment is a must. Your brain and body needs fuel.
And I have started to Voice to text in Google docs. Great tool on the go.
If you get an Idea while outside, just pick up your phone and speak your mind. It will be translated to text. (Got this tips from Partha who thought it would be an excellent tool for me. He was right.)
It has become my new little toy. Always in my pocket. It has its flaws - not always listening well.
That is awesome...so are you!
Thank you John! Likewise and a big hug!
Thanks! That felt good! Right back to you!
Thank you! Almost as good as mine :)
Yes, yours are special!
