Hey John,
Google searched "can I rename categories in wp" (without the quotation marks, of course) and found a post with the following video that might help you out: https://youtu.be/BWzVreSp17A

Hello everybody! I just started a site-rubix "test" site. When I try changing themes, I get the following message:
WHEN YOU GO TO APPEARANCE, AND THEMES THEN SELECT THE POPULAR BAR NOT FEATURED.........YOU SHOULD THEN GET ALL THE 2000+ THEMES LISTED ....ONCE YOU HAVE SELECTED ONE JUST DOWNLOAD IT AND THEN ACTIVATE IT OR....YOU CAN DO A LIVE PREVIEW WITH SOME OF THEM BEFORE YOU ACTUALLY REPLACE YOURS :-))) IF THAT MAKES SENSE XOOXXOO
It's just a glitch. Go to Site Rubix Site Support. They should be able to help. https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/websites/support

Hi Guys! I'd like to learn more about running my websites. I already know there is a ton of information right here on WA available to me.
I'm looking for websites outsid
My three favorite sites are copyblogger.com, smartblogger.com, and smartpassiveincome.com. All have excellent freebies you can download and great blogs.
Training has helped me, but also listening to Kyle's suggestions here at WA. I find others in WA share as well...
Sharon
With all due respect, follow what Kyle & Carson teaches.
They are "right-on" with every thing taught!
My own experience has reinforced that!
Aside from that, there are numerous viable sources. Neil Patel is one of them - but I urge you to pay attention to the teachings from WA!
Thank you Joanne, I appreciate your concern. I'm in no hurry to jump ship and try something different. I have a second tab open in my browser right now with a magistudios training video about SEO on pause :)
I'd like to see other websites in order to get a feel for how their website is laid out, how their information is presented and if the information provided stacks up to what is taught right here.
If the sites are something I can get some value from, I may consider siting them and providing links to their websites in my own content.
Thanks again,
John
Thanks Michael. I did what you suggested and found some sites worth digging into.
http://www.awwwards.com/ Among other things, this shows the emerging trends in website design.
http://www.hubspot.com/ I'm pretty sure I've seen mention of this site before on WA and it looks like a treasure trove of goodies.
I'm sure there are many more out there.
Thanks again,
John

Hi guys! I've started laying out the SEO for a new post and was wondering about the lights I'm getting. I've provided a screenshot below to help me explain my question.

IF YOU LOOK AT 4 FROM THE BOTTOM THERE IS A LINK THAT WILL TAKE YOU TO INFO ON THE STOP WORDS.
I CHANGED MINE A BIT...NOT COMPLETELY BUT A BIT :-))
Thanks Michael. I just finished watching this and Jim-Bo doesn't seem too concerned about the stop words. I guess I'll just keep plugging away at my post.
Follow my 25 points list and you are good Checklist before you hit the publish button, 25 points!
Hi John, I tried to get everything perfect with Yoast green lights but now I am happy to have green lights on both SEO and readability.
It is hard work to be perfect, time is precious and we can be doing more productive things.
For example, Kyle teaches the low hanging fruit method where we concentrate on a number of keywords. With Yoast, they look at your main keyword use in your content. I found spreading the keywords in natural language is easier. It doesn;t satisfy Yoast's criteria but I still achieve the overall green light so I am OK.
I nearly always have stop words in my headline but it doesn't affect the overall green light.
I use CoSchedule's "Headline Analyzer" to write good headlines. Check it out here http://coschedule.com/headline-analyzer it is free.
Cheers Kev
Yes John, they have some great training and tools. Membership is expensive but the Headline Tool is free. Use it for a while and you will learn to write effective headlines naturally.
Cheers Kev
I was just looking at the different features they provide and was so impressed I thought I'd give it a try. Then I saw the pricing... Yes indeed, I'll be sticking with the free Headline Tool for now :) Thanks again Kev!
Stop words are words that take up valuable character count in a title, yet yield no SEO value. Some examples of stop words are: of, the, or, etc.

Hi Guys! I have created my own header image using Canva. It looks great (in my opinion) on desktop and tablet, but gets cut off in the mobile view. Is there a way around this?
HEY JOHN, WHEN I TURN MY S2 LANDSCAPE ALL IS GOOD. WHEN I GO PORTRATE THE EDGES OF YOUR BANNER ARE MISSING SLIGHTLY, YOU COULD MAYBE SEE IF THERE ARE BANNER SETTTING FOR MOBILE VIEWS ....OR YOU COULD MAYBE GIVE THE BANNER SOME EDGES SO THAT WHEN IN MOBILE PORTRAIT THEY WILL NOT BE CUT OFF....IF YOU GET WHAT I MEAN ? XOXOO TO YOU ALL :-))
Go to Appearance > Customize and have a look at what your website looks like on a mobile device. Select one of the included images and you'll see that that is cut off too. It's the way the theme has been designed. If you're not happy then try a different theme. Choose a New Theme
