Affiliate Marketing has a daunting learning curve.

...but that is what makes it such a great opportunity for those who grind up through it and master it, stick to it until it works.

Me? I know I still have long long way to go but it is beginning to start to commence to make sense.

It feels sometimes like a 2000 piece chess game with thousands of moves in unlimited directions and all in 3D. You aint gonna just glance at the board and be able to make a good move until you have a lot of experience, a whole lot.

But today I am on the board... in the game. I have a functional website that I can get excited about. I was even able to register it as a .com

I changed my niche to one that is more about me.

I've been stuck for a while trying to figure out who I am. So I was brain straining a couple days ago and realized that what I was actually doing was trying to figure out how to be someone else. Sounds stupid I confess. But the Universe finally delivered. (too funny Right?) But I realized that all I had to do is go ahead and be who I am right now and share, sell, promote, exploit advertise and... (wait for it) AFFILLIATE that or affiliate with that.

I specifically want to thank you all; the WA family, for the help and encouragement. More especially those of you who answered my questions.

Awesome people including Kyle (of course), ExpatMark, Dale123, DianeScorpio, Dvalentine,AlanG2, Keishalina and a lot more in their blogs and comments.

In the process of getting re-niched, domain registration, hosting and moving and all that I discovered a goldmine here at WA that should not be overlooked by anyone at the bottom of the learning curve...like me.

The goldmine here is other peoples questions.

For several reasons:. We all start out with a lot of the same questions. They are usually answered by someone who knows the subject pretty well. You get a better idea of who can help best with what you are trying to do. You can drill down into what you need to know specifically. Last but not least it gives me a better idea of what questions I might need to ask.

I also noticed there is a ton of good information there, and all over the place here at WA that I am not ready for yet. But as I complete the program it is just good to know I can come back to other peoples question to answer some of mine if I haven't already figured it out.

So I have an internet presence. It's a start, but it's a good start.

Thank you all agian.
