As a leader, my attitude towards others often determines their attitude towards me. Because my attitude, not my achievements, gives me happiness.
Leadership affects all aspects of life.
PRIORITIES: Determine and act upon important priorities daily.
We cannot change time, only our priorities.
Priorities help us choose wisely.
HEALTH: Know and follow healthy guidelines.
Lasting leaders recognize their body is a vehicle that carries them to fulfill their dreams.
Proper diet and exercise provide the energy to lead well over the long haul.
FAMILY: Communion with and care for your family is vital.
If we cannot head our homes, we cannot expect to lead the business. Business has many people than your family.
THINKING: Practice and develop good thinking daily.
Thinking skills for Effective People:
a)Big Picture Thinking:Ability to think beyond yourself and your world.
b) Focused Thinking: Ability to think with clarity by removing distractions.
c) Creative Thinking: Ability to break out of your “box” and explore new ideas.
d) Realistic Thinking: Ability to build a solid foundation on facts and reality.
e) Strategic Thinking: Ability to implement plans that increase potential tomorrow.
f) Possibility Thinking: Ability to unleash enthusiasm/hope to solve the impossible.
g) Shared Thinking: Ability to include others to go beyond your own thoughts.
h) Unselfish Thinking: Ability to consider others, and think with collaboration.
COMMITMENT: Make and keep proper commitments daily.
FINANCE: Make and properly manage money daily.
Money won’t make you happy.
Debt will make you unhappy.

b) You will get further in life if people enjoy you.
c) Most people can trace their successes and failures to the relationships in their life.
GENEROSITY: Plan for and model generosity daily.
a) Giving turns your focus outwards.
b) Giving adds value to others.
c) Giving helps the giver.
GROWTH: Seek and experience improvement daily. Personal development is very important.
