Never be lazy, but work hard, be diligentand serve the company enthusiastically.

What is diligence?

• Diligence is care and concern for doing every single thing that is required to make your life an excellent standard and representation.
• It means accomplishing with great earnestness
• Diligence is the opposite of laziness. Laziness is slackness in regards to the arrangements of life, the unwillingness to put out the effort to do what is necessary to do what is right.

Do not be lazy where hard work is needed. In other words, do not be lazy in business. Do not be lazy in building your own life. Do not be lazy in building your family and your marriage. You need to be diligent in every aspect of your life. Life is complex and is an inside-out full time job that requires your disciple of diligence.

Laziness is internal and it manifest in different ways;

Inconsistency – in the quality of leadership

• In poor business meetings
• Lack of accountability
• In our commitment to work and doing the assignment.

Do you know a hard-working man? He shall be successful and stand before kings! Bible

Leadership in companies, institutions, businesses, governments, homes and individuals must be diligent in the full assurance of hope to the end. Remember, diligence is care and concern for doing every single thing that is required to make your life an excellent standard and representation.

Now make every effort to respond to the leadership requirements then add moral excellence, knowledge, self-control and patience. The more you do and grow like this, the more productive and useful you will be in your knowledge of what you want to do in business etc. You are the architect of your own life and diligence is the key to manage your life. As a person, you must always deal with your inner structure or inner being, because laziness is internal as much as diligence is. Therefore, you would rather be diligent than lazy in order to get some work done when dealing with your inner being.

Lazy people don't even cook the game they catch, but the diligent make use of everything they find. Bible

And when you are diligent, you will be able to build on what has been given, complementing your basic belief with good character and discipline.

• In decision-making
• In your studies
• In how you organize yourself.

For whoever lacks this, is short-sighted and blind, moreover that he/she will then stumble in whatever he/she is trying to do in business and in life.

Diligence is the foundation for an abundant spirit filled life. If diligence becomes eroded, it will produce laziness and inaccuracyas by-products.

DILIGENT PERSON

A diligent person is someone who works very hard at something. To be diligent is usually considered to be an attribute.

Lazy people want much but get little, but those who work hard will prosper.

And let us not get tired of doing what is right, for after a while we will reap a harvest of blessing if we don't get discouraged and give up. Bible

• Positive thinking and
• Good attitude

Observe people who are good at their work —skilled workers are always in demand and admired; they don't take a back seat to anyone. Bible

Being diligent requires one to be careful, persistent and determined.

A lazy life is an empty life, but "early to rise" gets the job done. Bible

When you work hard you become a leader; and when you are lazy you become a slave. Slave to yourself or the one you work for. The diligent find freedom in their work; the lazy are oppressed by work. Again It is a choice and how a person thinks in his heart.

Hard workers will become leaders, but those who are lazy will be slaves and will always complain. Hard workers are winners and lazy people are quitters. They don't have any determination to finish the task.

Let me tell you this, lazy hands make a man poor, but diligent hands bring wealth. Today, some of us are enjoying being part of Wealthy Affiliate because of diligent people like Kyle and Carson. They worked hard and became our leaders.

Let’s take a lesson from the Ant

Go watch the ants, you lazy person. Watch what they do and be wise. Ants have no commander, no leader or ruler, but they store up food in the summer and gather their supplies at harvest. How long will you lie there, you lazy person? When will you get up from sleeping? You sleep a little; you take a nap. You fold your hands and lie down to rest. So you will be as poor as if you had been robbed; you will have as little as if you had been held up. Bible

This is an amazing and excellent lesson we can learn from. Be diligent.

Being diligent is one of the important dignities in character and it is the responsibility of every person to imbibe and exhibit this character.

CHARACTER IS A KEY COMPONENT IN DILIGENCE.

Lazy person likes to associate himself with negative people who are always complaining about life then start to act like them and ruin his good morals, manner, behaviour, habit and become poisonous.
