Canty, when I mentioned at the beginning I meant the tutorials because I have been a member Since December 2020. I think you can fully understand I have no need to be briefed on how wonderful WA is. I have previously built a website but things have changed so drastically trying to rebuild the new website is my problem so that is where I'm trying to start from.

I will take a couple of pills and try to rest until it passes this has been a major problem these past few months that is why I had to get away from this and missed out on so much. If you still able to use your Free Siterubix website, try creating your new site with it and do whatever you wish. Don't worry about mistakes, you can always delete it and create new one again.
Creating new page is as simple as post. Just look at the left side menu "Creating a New Pag" and start from there.

Well everyone I went with number 1 who won in votes, to avoid copyright issues as such the name of the website is as follows "qwantifytodaysscammers.com".
As it can be clearly seen while the name of the corporation appears in the name it is not unique to the name. Now my hopes are when individuals search for "qwantify" on the Internet they will find my website and do a little investigation.

Hey Joe Google won't be able to pick out Qwantify from the URL as it is looks all one word. So if someone was to do a search query "are Qwantify scammers" your site won't get picked. What you will need to do is heavily depend on meta tags which doesn't get seen so you can put Qwantify are scammers Qwantify this Qwantify that. You get what I'm saying
I have searched for the trademark and the company name was abandoned in 2006 because of the death of the original owner from Wisconsin. I would say I am very very free to utilize the name we have voted for.

determine what actually you're selling or want to be listed.
So providing them the accurate information whether it is a profitable site, or a domain as you suggested will give you the idea of how to go about it.
From what I'm told, selling a website that is not yet generating a monthly earning is not attractive to the dealers. But as for selling a domain name, that may not be difficult depending. All the best.

Study what's out there. How are they doing what they do? What can you bring to your readers that's different or better than the existing presentations?
Also, check out the merchants available for each niche. Do you like them? Would you buy from them? Can you recommend their products?

I endorse the drilling down Joe. Looking at your niches I might want to do some research around work life balance with ideas, work life balance strategies, work life balance benefits. Then you could drill down further on your customer perhaps focusing on young mothers with kids or young working couples etc. Let Jaxxy and other keyword tools help you find sweet spots. Then see how much passion and experience you have that will enable you to write content consistently in your chosen areas.

Hugh, I love your idea and agree with it wholeheartedly but my main concern is which of these is the most profitable. I just do not see any of these as really making much money and that is the biggest concern.

You might also trt to go to a site lije Flippa to see if there are sites selling within your potential niches. This might provide some insight as well.
Lastly if you narrow down to 1 niche ask the wider WA comunity in Ask A Question about experience in niche

Hi Joe, the niches are broad as others have mentioned. In order to write real truthful original content offering information and knowledge you will need to do a lot of homework to provide those answers. However, if there's something that you love and have knowledge about it's much easier to write about something your passionate about. Those are good niches, they are a bit broad, but can you write many posts of 1000 plus words about those niches that you admit you know nothing about if you're not passionate about any of them?
If any one of these three niches would be profitable you would be amazed at what I could be capable of as far as writing blogs. I am an overnight wizard wonder because I am such a quick study on subjects. The Internet is a world of knowledge and all one needs to do is read read read. If one of these niches would be a moneymaker I would become the most passionate man in the world on that topic. I am 74 years old and a quadriplegic what else do I have the fall in love with.

I wasn't doubting your ability Joe, I agree, money can be a real motivator to learn things whether you like those things or not. To be honest in my opinion I think the parenting niche would be the best niche right now. Parents are spending way more time with their kids now and they're adjusting to many new things every day because of the pandemic. I don't know if it's a moneymaking niche or not, but if I had to pick one, that would be my pick.

Hey Joe, you might want to look at installing this plugin, as I believe it does exactly what you are after, I.e. it doesn't print the logo, header, footer, or widgets etc, and you can also print 100's or 1,000's of Posts/Pages in one go :-)

Copy and pasting is a terrible alternative, I am a quadriplegic and this route is about as close to impossible as you are attempting to do the same sure with your right toe. That is about how good my coordination is in comparison to yours.
