- Could stinking thinking be holding you back?

- Can they be toxic?
- Is it possible to be influenced by the wrong friends?
- Are you surrounded by negative people?
- Drop them like a hot potato!
- Quit associating toxic people... they want to bring you down to their level.

- Begin each day a positive thought.
- Take a few moments and meditate on the positive.
- Think about the good things that are coming today.
- Surround yourself with positive people.
- Say only positive things. If negative words start, Stop!

All great advice Joe. We are conditioned to take continuous action towards our goals, we often do not give ourselves time to think things through. I like the idea of starting our day with a positive though or two. And if we can include thinking about what we are going to do that day for our business, all the better.

Awesome advice👍. May i add: Practice Gratitudes. If you are thankful and grateful for all that you have, no matter how little of it you may have, it will always come back to you in abundance.
Even in negative situations, take a step back and think of the positives that can arise from that situation.

Positive is crucial and negative has no place
Even in self-talk....here we need to pattern interrupt when a negative self talk occurs have a preset thing you say to yourself a pattern interrupt that you just say it becomes habitual about every time
you can use mine
"makes no difference"
Any time a negative thought comes into my thoughts ,,,I say to myself three times "makes no difference" "makes no difference"
"makes no difference"
SO negative "makes no difference"
