Who do you think you are - Thomas Edison?
36
Edwin C. Barnes thought he could be!
- Flat broke. Not much education.
- He actually thought he could be Edison's partner!
- Only one problem - he didn't have the train fare to even go see him!
- But... he had a dream... no, a burning desire!
- That was more than a million dollars.
Turn that dream into a burning desire!
- Write it down... I'm going to make a million dollars!
- Dream it... See it... Eat it... Sleep it.
- Put in on your mirror.
- Paste it on the refrigerator.
- Carry the card in your pocket.
- Look at it several times a day.
Don’t believe this "pie in the sky, by and by"? Well, I have news for you... You won't get it then!
Your choice.

Interesting post, Joe.
I wonder how curious any one was to find out more about Edwin C. Barnes? well I was. So, I googled it. He did get to Edison, became his assistant. A book by Napoleon Hill, "Think and Grow Rich" Gives the story of how Barnes made his dream come true.
Thanks, Joe

I had a football coach in junior college named Lombardo, his saying in his Boston accent was; if you want to play football you've got to have that "burning desire and leave the Gills alone". When he got to the Gills I quit. Sometime some things aren't worth it, however WA is. Great Post Joe.
Thanks. Great reply.
