Tolerance and understanding.
It's nice to be nice, so be nice!
- Here at WA we're a very diverse community.
- We have people from many countries, races, religions, cultures and races.
- Here in the USA, we're in an election and feelings are strong.
- Racism and intolerance have no place here at WA.
- Our blogs, have been great, so let's keep it that way.
Everyone has the same opportunity here!
- The playing field is leveled here.
- We have some members who are VERY computer literate...
- Same time, we have some who are just now getting access to a computer.
- Some are great writers and it just flows...
- Others struggle to form a sentence.
- Many speak and write in very good English, while some struggle to understand a word.
At WA, I have met many new friends from all over the world!
- I have had the privilege of visiting many of the nations of the world.
- Ate foods that I still have no idea what it was...
- Been in religious ceremonies that were totally different from what I am used to.
- Have learned that we all have feelings and all hurt and bleed the same.
- I say - "viva la difference!"
I love this quote from Tinnekke Bebout:
"Fear of the unknown and the other is the root of almost all hate. It is born of ignorance and fed by those who would keep us divided."
To my friends who struggle with English... write anyhow! Write it in your language and I'll run the Google Translate on it! Just be yourself.

I love this post.We are all connected no matter who we are or where we are from. I saw a mask recently that said 'In a world where you can be anything, be kind'. What an amazing world it would be if everyone agreed with that. I'm sure only the very smallest minority don't.
Thanks.
Joe
