Right the first time saves time!
That was the sign in our hangar.
- The pressure to turn a plane around after a flight is enormous!
- Airlines face it every day.
- Unfortunately, that becomes a way of life.
- Pressure to perform.
- Gotta be number 1. Have to be first!
This plane ain't going nowhere!
- There comes a time in everyone's life you have to say this!
- You push to the top and look around - what am I doing here?
- I've run out of steam! Got no more energy.
- My organization has turned into chaos!
I was crew chief on this beautiful airplane.
- I had to certify that it was safe to fly - was airworthy.
- More than once I had to tell the pilot - this plane ain't gonna fly today.
- This may be your time to slow down.
Been seeing a lot of refreshing blogs here about "unplugging" or slowing down. May come as a shock to you, but you don't always have to be first!
It's okay to unplug. Perfectly normal to take a break. Back off and smell the roses. I shot up in rank at WA to number 7 and didn't realize it.
All of a sudden I knew I could not maintain this pace! I was neglecting my family, my other work and my health.
So, yes, work to become an Ambassador. Of course help our great members, but don't forget why you're here.

Stop - think - regroup - take a break.
Do what a few of our members are doing - come back with a vengeance!

It can be like digging yourself a hole, and breaking the shovel handle at the bottom on the day you forgot to take your ladder.
A balanced plan can make a huge difference.

Hey, Joe, it does help to take a break now and then. That being said, today was a bad discovery day. I pulled up some old posts that I was going to reuse in a novel way; clicked on the affiliate links, and found that most of them were no longer working. Have spent the day straightening that out.
Now I need a break!
Yep. Know the problem. Had the same thing. Don't know why?

I think either the item is no longer available or they pull the links after a certain time because we have no sales. Not sure.
