Im dying!

Last Update: January 12, 2020

I'm new and over my head!

  • This is all just too much for me.
  • I don't have a clue where to begin... I'm just overwhelmed!
  • Everyone has this feeling at the beginning... it is not new.
  • Where do I turn to get answers?
  • Help me, I'm drowning!

Don't despair... help is here!

  • WA has a great resource of help available.
  1. First, click on the grey area at the top of your dashboard that says: "Need help...?"
  2. Then ask anything you need help with. If you don't get your answer you need -
  3. Go to the chat room on the right side of your dashboard. Plenty of help here...ask away.
  4. You can also write a blog with your question and someone will answer there.
  5. The best place to find answers is in the lessons. At the end of each lesson is a place to ask questions about that lesson. Don't leave the lesson until you are clear on your questions.
  6. You can PM any member and ask them a question if it is a personal one.

There is no reason to despair...

We have a wealth of helpers. We have 25 Ambassadors who are committed to providing all the help you need.

If your question is a technical question relating to your website, you can always go to the Help Center.

So, you're not alone. WA is a family who cares and is more than willing to share. We all want you to be successful, so please don't feel alone... ask for help if you need it.

I know the feeling of being overwhelmed, as I started the lessons and at times I had to replay the video a couple of times, to understand the lesson. but in time with help from the community, and the method you stated I made my website, there at times I still feel overwhelmed but from experience, I know in time and with the help at WA everything will be worked out.

Hi Joe, such a great post! I'm not new, but I still get times when I feel totally overwhelmed. Unless I'm standing still every step I take is a new challenge.
I have had to learn coping strategies and much of what you have written is exactly what I have collected along my winding road here!
Thanks for a timely reminder, Sue :)

Thank you, Joe! I just went through this last night. After about an hour of just about ripping my hair out, I finally asked for help (I was never much of a person to ask for help when I need it) I am so thankful for everyone here at WA!!

Have an awesome day 😀
