Do I have to be perfect to blog at WA?
Lordy, I hope not!
- If so, I have wasted 437 blogs!
- No... just keep getting better... never be content with your writing...never!
- Perfection is something you strive for, but never reach.
- Forgive yourself when you make mistakes and move on.
- Keep writing... keep practicing... only way you will ever learn.
You will never get there if you don't start!
- Go ahead... get it wrong... make a mess out of it!
- BUT... don't keep doing it wrong... use the spell checker (ABC).
- Practice... find a mentor... someone who will correct your mistakes.
I love Charles M. Schulz's (creator of the comic strip Charlie Brown) quote:
"I never made a mistake in my life. I thought I did once, but I was wrong!"
Thomas Edison put it all in perspective. He said: "I have not failed 1,000 times. I have successfully discovered 1,000 ways to NOT make a light bulb."
Just do it... make a few mistakes, but write! I have written over 25 books... have I ever made a mistake? Found over 1,000 ways to not write a book!

That’s so true Joe when we make a mistake, is when we learn the right way to take all the right way of doing things. Keep up the good work.
