Is there any good autoresponder that don't charge monthly? I've seen a few that charge a one time fee but I'm not sure if their services are reliable.

I am not sure I understand the question. ML is free up to 1,000 subscribers with unlimited email. 1,001 - 2,500 subscribers is $10 a month with unlimited emails.
I have 4 autoresponder series set up as well as 81 campaigns. I also have 5 subscriber groups (lists).
Mailerlite is pretty good.
I think the first 1000 are free.
After that reasonable prices. So it's a monthly fee after you reach the threshold.

Mailchimp is free for 2000 subscribers and you can send 12000 emails a month. They are not fans of internet marketing but if in your mailings you link to your site and not directly to an affiliate link you will be fine. Hope this helps.
