Hi I have just written my about me page and wanted to get some opinion, I was thinking it might be a bit too personal or should have a bit more on how the site could help the vi
I've read a few articles about writing an 'about me' page and they all said the same thing. Your 'about' me page should not be about you...well....at least not all about you. It's actually suppose to be about the person who would visit your site. Tell them why they should bother to read your site, about the problems that reading your site will solve for them, how you can help them and what will they gain from reading it. Do you offer advice?,entertainment?, tips?......make it clear why they should come back to your site over and over again.
Well it depends on the niche. In some niches people become more interested in your niche or product after seeing your semi personal info so they are also buying into you as well. But if your niche is about machinery etc then you would write about how the site can help them.

I think it's a great niche. Just Google something like yoga for depression, yoga for stress, yoga for pregnancy, yoga for older adults, yoga for older beginners. I just actually performed the search on Google and it looks like there's demand for this market. Once you type in ''yoga for", you get a drop-down list that gives you a feel for the most popular topics and then take it from there. I hope this helps. Give a shout out if you need any further help.
