Diversification is great and nessesary for ramping up your business.
However I would leave that for now Jean. At least until you get one
niche mastered.

Hi,
You can have many Niches, as well as many Websites.
Just make sure you spend the time creating the right content for each website in order to get Google rankings.
concentrate as Ken Says on getting one site finished and when completed to your satisfaction, take on a new challenge.

Thank you. I believe that is the best thing to do especially someone like me who is brand new to online business ventures.
