Hi J,i think you should also work on your themes, the one you have is kind of dark and dull (my opinion)
Hi J. There are several things you can do. Firstly you could become a review site and feature a wide range of ideas based on culture, fashion etc. with link backs to the original source. You couple this with your own written commentary giving historical background, meaning etc. (This is especially true for eastern script tats as the wearer may not be fully aware as to the true meaning of what it says). Tats have been here for thousands of years so I am not surprised that you are having a challenge in finding new stuff. You could also look for some private label rights stuff that will give you ideas on creating your own material.
Do you have a tattoo? Did you design it? If so think about the process you used for your tattoo.. That should at least get the ideas flowing hopefully...
You're welcome! Once you start it will all come to you. Write down every thought you have even if it sounds silly and look at it later. It will really help. I have about 30 pages of handwritten ideas, and they are helpful! I do have to reorganize it though... it is kind of hard to find stuff

Celebs with Tats and their designs
