If it was not too long ago that you deleted all of your plugins... AND... if it was ONLY the plugins that you deleted... contact SiteSupport and ask them if they can restore your website and let them know WHEN you deleted those plugins.

That should help them determine what date to use in restoring your website for you.
Else you need to install and activate EACH one, one at a time.

Since you've already "deleted" the plugins, there is no way to "replace" it. You can "Re-install" the plugin, here's how to do it:
1. Log on to your WP admin area.
2. Locate "Plugins"
3. Click on "Add New"
4. Copy/Paste this into the search plugins.. box: "All In One SEO Pack"
5. Locate the "All In One SEO Pack" plugin, and click "Install Now"
6. Next you want to click on "Activate" to activate it.
7. Once installed & activated, don't forget to "Update" the plugin"
