Beware of certain plugins

Hi my beloved Wealthy Affiliate community. This is a quick note to inform you that I had a bad weekend while trying to work on one of my websites. One of my sites stopped showing the posts. I tried to struggle on my own and then the posts showed content, but could not be edited. After editing some posts and clicking on UPDATE, the content could not be updated.

I thought I had been trained enough to handle the technicalities of websites and kept on struggling to change the situation, but to no avail. I was worried about being left behind with the SAC 2019/2020 schedule and I panicked about the time being wasted.

All this time, I had ignored the notices of attending to live chat. A worried person may not think rationally and so I ignored what could have brought a solution to my problem. By the way, some people describe rational thinking as the ability to think out of the box, to think critically, to produce “good quality of thoughts” in certain situations to arrive at a rationall decision.

Some people say DO NOT TAKE OUT OF LIFE MORE THAN YOU PUT INTO IT. In this case, if you are helpful to members, you are likely to receive help from unknown quarters. A thought came to me not to ignore a live chat message. As soon as I went into live chat and scrolled down a bit, there was a message to someone to contact SITE SUPPORT as soon as possible. The message was meant for somebody else, but I felt right there that it had come for me at the right time.

I contacted SITE SUPPORT and followed their instructions to the letter. Before the end of the day, I was back to my website and doing all the expected things. A hat off to the SITE SUPPORT TEAM. They are the experts who brought my smile back. Now I am very delighted to move on and face new programs.
