I know Wealthy Affiliate is talking about new software built into the WA program for premium members. Does anyone know when this is supposed to be set in place?
This is a hosting upgrade which is currently in the testing "beta" stage. After it has been tested thoroughly it will be available for premium members who are hosting their website here.
See the link William has included below.
It is already implemented .. ready below how to do it from Carson: SiteSpeed - Taking WordPress Website Speed into Unchartered Territory! Cheers, William.
In my opinion, this an evolving process and progress. It is an ongoing process that already started.
How soon until our site speed will improve?

I've only tested free Wordpress themes so far. I'm wondering if having a different theme or a pro theme will help rankings in search engines, or is seo the only thing that matt
Some of the paid themes have inbuilt SEO functions, which do make a difference. I am a Studio Press because they have parent and child themes. They are easier to customize in terms of font and colour. Ultimately it is your decision whether to go for a theme that is completely customizable or one with limitations. Some of the paid themes such as Divi have drag and drop functions which I personally hate but a lot of people who can't code find it easier
Theme layout, responsiveness and attractivity can count in search engine rankings, yes.
And as the way things go, yes, the paid themes are usually more intricate and higher in quality, but like with all things, there may be exceptions.....
I have to disagree Therese, Whatever theme you use it will always without exception boil down to content and keywords.
We can agree to disagree though.
Enjoy your evening.

No probs Therese.
Enjoy your evening and the weekend to come.
I'm off home now to make my dinner.
Burnt offering again lol.

Should I delete my siterubix site, now that I have changed it to a dot com site?
I changed it to a domain name a couple of months ago, but in the site manager, it still show
Hello Jeff, there is no urgency to delete the SiteRubix site. Eventually it will reroute any visitors to your Domain site.
From what I read, you want to delete the SiteRubix site after 30 days to make sure everything went well with the transfer and you are happy with your new site. I am in the same boat and will be deleting my SiteRubix site.
I'm just trying to make sure. It's been way longer than 30 days and I totally forgot about it until now. I just don't want it to negatively affect my rankings etc.
Thanks

I'm curious about how to get more organic traffic to my website.
I would like to get my posts and pages ranked higher in search engines and have my keyword research payoff.
I would aim to post everyday. The more posts you have, the more keywords you have, the higher your chances of getting ranked, the more traffic you will have. Once you have a good amount of posts and your site is well established you can post less often (maybe 3-5 times a week). And the longer your site is active the more trust it will gain
My recommendation is to pick a schedule and stick to it. Start with one post every 3 days (do keyword research and content research in the first day, write the post on second day, put finishing touches in wordpress (pictures, SEO tags, etc) and publish on the third day). Rinse and repeat.
Over time, you will get better in this process and will find that you can compress the whole thing to just two days or even one day. It all starts with small steps, and perseverance =)
Once to five times a week. Pick a schedule and stick to it. It also takes time to have your site trusted so wait 3-6 months.
