very anxious to build my site but the admin username and the password provided are not recognized by Wordpress...any suggestions?

think i'll use blogger...this seems like such a pain...do we have to use wordpress to get all the benefits of being a premium member with WA?

You should be able to log in directly via the Build My Website tab (in the left menu) without going to your external wp login page.

Just click on "log me in".

However, If you have changed/created a new password since the time WA first assigned your password, then the automatic login will not work.

In that case, you may need to ask for a new password.

If you have created a new user in your WP admin area and have forgotten to give it that user admin rights, that could be the issue.

If you are interested in building an online business, then Blogger is not the way to go. You don't own your website with Blogger. Google owns it.

If you are still having problems, post again. ~ Jude

Well when I clicked on "Log Me In" from the Build My Website section it took me to the WP login screen. Similar to with wordpress, I can customize the domain that I own to work with blogger...I've done this with another domain I own.

Click on support in the Build My Website section and ask them to look into your login problem.

You can build any website anywhere you want to and use WA training and then apply what you learn to your own website and to marketing your business. It can be hosted anywhere you like.

However, you will have to allow for the differences between Blogger and WP because WA is a WordPress platform and that is how the training is geared. ~ Jude
