Hi, I created a free website on siterubix. If I find the website having good traffic, can I change it to an actual domain I have?
Yes however if you generate traffic to the siterubix domain and then switch to a new domain name, you may have to start from scratch and get visitors to find the new location.

I hope you are enjoying Wealthy Affiliate. You can transfer your website and content across to a new domain, however, any existing traffic will know the site by the old domain and not necessarily the new one. That is why you may need to start building traffic again.
No, traffic is automatically redirected by WA provided the old Siterubix site is not deleted. Brett, MStripling and JLiang: read my comment above.

A built-in redirect of search engine traffic is automatically applied by WA when the move from Siterubix to your own domain is processed using the one click method here within WA. Therefore, you will not lose search traffic from the old site.
Leave the Siterubix listed on the domains list in your account for a while. Technically the siterubix site will no longer exist but wait until the new domain is indexed and ranked, and then you can delete the Siterubix version. Kyle recommends waiting for 30 days before deleting the SR site. ~Jude
