Yep, totally agree. A few years ago, I started a "Gratitude" journal. Every night before I go to bed, I write 3 things that I'm grateful for. Some days it's a strain to find 3 things but it's interesting to look back at it and it makes me feel blessed for what I do have.

This year I will be 69. I say thank you every day as I have a good and especially healthy life. I hope to add at least 20 more years in the same condition I am in now. Having this wish and to have it granted it is so important to be grateful.
