I see you joined over 2 years ago. Have you already taken advantage of the $299 special? If so, you’re already locked into the $299 price. You can check it all out by clicking on your profile pic in the upper-left here, selecting Account Settings and finally clicking on Membership. It should show your current membership type, expiration date and renewal price.
If you haven’t taken advantage of the offer yet, you should be able to follow a Black Friday link and sign up for it. If, you’re an annual member, it will just tack on an additional year to your current expiration date and lock in the $299 price. If you’re monthly, it will cancel your current monthly subscription and sign you up for the annual one at the special price.

I am locked into the $299 price, but I am not seeing any Black Friday Banner, so if I want to take this offer now, how can I?
As you said, if I click on any of the Black Friday offer, it takes me to the page where it said you are already a premium member.

Hi There, you are already grandfathered into the $299 Black Friday special and you will be auto-billed on your anniversary date! You've got billing all setup and ready to go, so you do not need to do anything to continue for another year at this incredible pricing :)

Hi Carson, I'm already grandfathered in with my billing due in January 2019. Will this automatically renew in 2020, or is there something I need to do now to extend for another year on top?

... see that you've been a WA member since Jan.2017, so if you did it last year, it becomes auto-renewal ....
... if newly purchased this year, then, it rolls to following next year for auto-renew ...

p.s. simply check your Account Settings>>Subscription Settings>>Membership/Billing>>read invoices .... to confirm your accounting info. ...
