First Affiliate Refferal
Great to wake up and see an email from Kyle letting me know that I just got my first affiliate referral.
I was a little suprised even with all my recent activities. Not sure how the numbers usually work, as far as clicks to free members to premium. Just thought I would have had a refferal before now with all the ones that came here from my links.
O well atleast I have 1 down and 99 before years end!

Hey congrats Jim - only 99 to go - that is great! I still have 100 looming at me, I would LOVE to have 99 to go - it is still doable - there are 112 days to go (not that I'm counting)!

As for numbers I think I read somewhere that 12% of your referrals will convert to premium.
Beyond that those that are not Premium are missing out on the opportunity to really make it as an Affiliate Marketer.
It's all a numbers game that's why I always get up on my soapbox and preach post every day. Because if you do that, you will drive more and more traffic to the site, getting more and more referrals and then the numbers do the magic.
It's the same if you have a product based business.
Those that don't upgrade to premium aren't really serious about building a business. Any new business requires a certain amount of capital to get started. Online business lower the amount so it's really affordable for anyone. But it still requires an investment.
WA allows us to get started and learn and yes you could start to make money as a starter member. But you greatly accelerate your chances going Premium. At $49.00 a month it's a no brainer.

I was sure that a lot of people would come here and kick the tires and look around, but wasn't sure how many would before a referral would show up. 12% seems realistic.
