Hello,
Just wondering if I am supposed to get a 1099 from my referral income earned at Wealthy Affiliate. Anybody know?
I had income from Wealthy Affiliate in 2018, and I am now doing my taxes. I didn't get a 1099 form, that I am aware of. I don't see any place to look for one either.

No WA doesn't provide this. You can download the income you earned from WA via paypal and report it. That's what I do. But WA is a Canadian company so they don't do 1099s from what Kyle told me.

Yes James,
Media SEO is part of the bigger SEO process.
One example: image SEO ... responsive images, captions, alt text and title text, structured data etc

If I build the whole thing out, with over 100 posts, work on it for say 6 months, then buy a domain for it, does that mess up the SEO? All the links would change right? Or am I
If you intend to built a site out to that extent, you should just get your own domain now before you start. Why wait and have to move it over later? The cost of the domain is very low.
I was never in your situation. The question is your site Siterubix is having visitors? Do you notice that your ranking on Google is improving with respect to the keywords that interest you? If your site is progressing well, I would continue to work with Siterbix at least for a while longer. I believe that if you then make the change with your own domain, you should not have any change in your ranking. My advice is: Before changing consult SiteSupport, they will give you a better opinion.
Hi,
I did this and as @labman explains too it does cause you extra work. I wished I had updated my website sooner.
However it still gained me tons of traffic as a SiteRubix. There was only one way to go for that site and make it a .com and I did have tons of work to do on it when it was changed into a .com.
I actually missed a part of it and I couldnt get what was happening. Jay pointed it out. I would never have seen it otherwise.
Upgrade as soon as you can its easier :)
Deb :)
You can built your Siterubix site, and move over to your own domain whenever you're ready.
Site support can helps you to move your siterubix site to your own domain with redirection. No SEO lost
You should get the site started then get your domain. Don't wait until you are fully built out.
However, the links will change if you prefer to do it this way. You will probably need to scan through many posts to correct a few errors. This will create work for you that can be avoided.

Does anybody else put swear words into Jaaxy, to see if there are any other demented minds out there? TGIF!
You seem like a Gent. Why would you want to compromise on your good public perception? Clear not good for brand building unless you are looking to become controversial.
Best of luck whatever you decide to do.
