Does it violate Wealthy Affiliates TOS to provide links to free reports?

For example, if I had a free report on something internet marketing related.. is it against the r

You will be ok posting it as long as you would not spam with it all over WA.

What I am thinking of doesn't violate any of those, as far as I can figure it.

If is a free report, you can put it on your site. Anything that you have concerns about you can just add credit for the author.

why not put it on your site and link to it from here if you want to share it with us?
but on your site - even siterubix it's fair game - it's yours!!
have fun

No but you gotta be careful. If someone thinks they are affiliate links they can report you, and your account can be suspended for a while.
