Where do I sign up for or where can I find my affiliate links? I am writing a blog post and would like to include the affiliate link
Hi Jim,
Greet to see you writing a blog post
Did you get the answers here?
It's hard to know if you want your affiliate link to the WA Affiliate Program OR the affiliate link to the product/service you are promoting.
Feel free to PM me your blog post and i'll be happy to give you feedback.
Regards John
Good Day, Jim.
Welcome to Wealthy Affiliate.
I was a young boy in the 60s, and I'm pleased to see that you are considering a new life path.
Thanks for the opportunity to reply to your question about affiliate links.
The "method" here is to build a website to market a product. Your first mission is to create a website with good quality content to describe and promote this product.
You have received many links from competent people for you to explore.
These suggestions are all valid, but like a few of these commenters have said, "first focus on creating 20+ quality posts before you begin to paste "affiliate links" on your website.
It is a good idea to research this concept; however, first things, first.
Be patient. Since you have made it this far, I am confident that your success will be possible if you apply yourself diligently.
Paul.

Your site need be ready before you apply for affiliate programs
You would have written 20 - 30 posts and have some traffic to be able apply for affiliate programs as typically they will check your site for relevance and traffic prior approval.
For Amazon it is 10 - 15 posts. You also would have to make 3 sales in your first 180 days.
Lucrative programs - 40 posts +
Once accepted, they've given you material and special tracking code links you can share on your site.
Essentially you are writing more informational posts so that you do not sound so salesy to Google and if there’s a solution, a detailed analysis review post for your visitors to let them make an informed decision whether to go click your links and go purchase the focused item you proposed to solve their issue.
Once they do, and in accordance with your affiliation terms and conditions, how commission payouts are tracked and paid. You need to read up how payments are made because different programs follow different rules; some pay by check others via PayPal or straight to your check account.
I would always adhere to your affiliate program terms and conditions.
Focus on creating quality content and then start applying for affiliate products. It can take from a day to a few weeks to get confirmed as an affiliate. Start looking at product ideas now.

Hi Jim,
If you're referring to your WA Affiliate link so that you can share WA and earn commissions, then you are already signed up. Click on the $ sign icon in the top main menu of the members area here in WA. You'll find your affiliate link right in the menu! You will also find other related links to sharing WA as an affiliate.
If you're wanting training on building a recurring income stream by making sharing WA your focus, then Affiliate Bootcamp training is suggested.
You can find Affiliate Bootcamp from the main "Training" menu.
Here's the direct link to the training: Getting Started! I hope this helps,
Carson
