Let's talk about traffic, audience, engagement
Hey Everyone, I'm in a fun mood, bit tired of the heavy serious stuff!
My challenge in October is Traffic, Audience, Engagement!!!! So come on tell me the truth! How many of you are challenged by the dreaded Traffic, Audience Engagement?? I can't be the only one.
I have been up hill, down dale, looked under the mulberry bush, pleaded with the heavens and searched Quora, Yahoo Answers, Google, Bing and Yahoo to find the solution to my traffic challenge.
What did I find? I talk about that later. I have been building my online business now for 12 months! How about you? I thought I had to wear every hat from business owner to the cleaning lady. I love hats but not the array of business hats required!
I read somewhere on my travels that building an online business starts with TWO FRIGGIN YEARS of pain!!!! And I've happily (well sort of) served the first year of the pain sentence!!! How about you?? Be honest.
I'm not up for a second year! There has to be an easier quicker way than building every little bit by myself! It feels like I am re-inventing the wheel and as a result I attracted the frustration, overwhelm, burn out," what am I doing wrong", "I can't do this anymore" gremlins, pain adminstrators, goblins, black witches and you know where I'm going with this. Don't you?
Let me tell you, despite the pain and being stretched to the max, the "quit" word never entered my mind! I am one helleva determined badass woman!
Well, guess what I've got the best news for you if you are struggling like I was. In my explorations around the online world I have found courses with "Done for you" funnels, Done For You email campaigns, Done For You Youtube and Facebook ads that have been tried and tested and have 40%+ conversion rates. No BS!!!
I was gob smacked, amazed and incredibly grateful to discover these "DONE FOR YOU" Courses that are proven and will get me there so much faster. VOILA! THANK YOU! DOWN ON MY KNEES GRATEFUL! DANCING WITH GLEE! Even my FEET ARE SMILING!
Believe me I discovered whole new angles out there, that are resulting in my having my own online profitable business that does not mean another year or two of pain. One course has "one on one" coaching/mentoring included. NO BS!!!
Now back to traffic! I have discovered the following two tools through JVZoo. You might like to check them out for youselves.
First tool called Simple Social Tools Audience Toolkit (monthly payment or yearly plan: I paid $US197 per annum) that automates some of the huge chunks of time necessary,and needed to build the "like, know and trust" relationships. Instead of messaging each person individually, the tool allows me to write my own varied messages that are then sent to my people by automation. This saves mobs of my time. My traffic has increased by some 200. Nothing to write home about yet, but it is a whole lot better than the measly 14 family/friends I had who "liked" NOTHING!
Another tool I have discovered is called Breakout Buyer Traffic ( $US37 one of payment) and this one builds traffic through Messenger and could replace the need for email lists.
Obviously I am affiliated with both of these however no links here. You will need to go find and research them yourselves and make your own decision.
The course with the "one on one coaching/mentoring" I am not prepared to share. Of course I am affiliated with this one as well.
All I can say guys is, get out there , willingly give them your email address and you will be sent many opportunites to have a look at and alleviate the pain of trying to do it yourself, by yourself! A huge weight has lifted from my shoulders and the relief is immense!
Hope this helps those of you who are bearing down under the weight of responsibility for every single aspect of building an online business. I couldn't afford to hire anyone to help but voila, there is software out there that lightens the load.

Traffic is still a big problem for my site. Content is growing; sometimes good rankings on Google; still trying to figure out the traffic thing. I don't really want to pay for it.
Just know, you are not alone with traffic. Just a suggestion: Simple Social Tools has a monthly payment plan of $US37 per month (from memory). They also have a 30 day money back guarantee. You could try it for a month and then cancel. Hope this helps. LOL Jill
A website can have as much traffic as it wants all you have to do is pay for it.
Second choice, get very good with Google's ad words.

Hi Alex, Thanks for joining the conversation. Oh yes, I agree with paid for traffic. I did Facebook Ads for a while until I got banned!! I believe this is not uncommon so it was a bit of a laugh really!

Thanks Jill. I understand your frustration. Yes, there are many tools out there that can help in building and promoting your web site. Unfortunately, not everyone is able to afford them and the WA membership. There are many great tools here at WA as well, if we use them. My problem is using them! Hey Joe, Thanks for joining the conversation. I know $$$'s are challenging too! I built my whole business on freebies until it came to traffic. I realised I had to find the money from somewhere and I did.

That is the challenge of every one of us. But what I am doing is to keep going and personally improve things which I think need improving. We will learn along the way.

My business is starting to move slowly but surely. My traffic is not very fast, but the important thing is that it increases every day and every week and thanks to that I make more and more sales. We will all get there as long as we stay hooked to our goal.
