I was planning to start a new site later this year and one option would be a site related to helping people with pain and injuries. Why would I want to put up this kind of site
Of course, you can rank high. Some people trust other people that have the same injuries they have. Although you are not a doctor you have experience within the field. That says something. Maybe source some of the material to be more trustworthy.

I also have a health site. Honestly I think it is difficult to compete with the big boys but not impossible. I rank for several keywords against some of them. Careful keyword selection and checking post length of competing sites is important.
