In checking the source code on this page: https://www.houstontxpoolfence.com/free-quote/ , my bet is that they are using the Contact Form 7 WordPress plugin to receive quote requests: https://wordpress.org/plugins/contact-form-7/

On my local business website, I submitted a JSON-LD submission and I keep getting a Google Structured Data Testing Tool error message, "A value for the image field is required"
What is the Domain Name of the site you have this on? You can PM me if you don't want it public, and I'll take a look at your Source Code for you.

I've just had a look and you have 2 JSON's in your Source Code, the first one is added by the Yoast Plugin and one by yourself. You should only have one of these really, and as you have the Yoast Local Plugin, I would stick with that, or disable that plugin, and then test again.
I've expanded the Yoast JSON for you to see what is included, I then also expanded your JSON, but as you can see, the JSON is broken. You are missing markup such as commas, brackets and you're including extra data. The JSON needs to be corrected. But ideally, you should only have the one JSON.
If you can't add the extra data that you require to the Yoast Plugin, then I would copy the current Yoast JSON, insert your extra data, then add it to your header, followed by disabling the Yoast Local plugin.

PayPal not paying my monthly WA bill. New credit card. I want to stay a member. Please contact me.
To Kyle and Carson. I do not wish to renew my membership with Wealth Affiliate for 2018. Please terminate my membership
I am unable to access my website when I go To SiteRubix Manager. Says my website not hosted but I am a premium member.
Paypal will work once the billing cycle goes by and you do not get renewed. You will get a hate to see you go letter from Kyle. Just click the link in the letter and pay the fee with Paypal, or your new credit card.
You will go right back to where your account status and rank is at that time you expired.. :)
