Keywords Are Very Important

Here's Why!

When you go to Google search or any browser search and type in a word or phrase, that is known as a keyword or keyword phrase.

Jaaxy, the keyword research tool, takes keywords and keyword phrases used on the search engines and calculates the statistics for us so we can see how many searches there are, how many pages and posts already use it, and what our potential is for ranking.

So by using Jaaxy to find a keyword or keyword phrase for your page you are discussing something people are searching for (what they want to know for help).

When you write and publish a page or post focusing on a keyword or keyword phrases, the search engines crawl your pages and posts and rank them. So your website gets ranked for an accumulation of specific keywords and keyword phrases based on your page and post content.

As your website content grows so does its identified focus (keywords) and your website grows into an authority site for your niche (keywords).

So that's a quick overview of keywords and their role.

Hi guys,

I DO have a question to add, and I know it'll be one that you experienced online entrepreneurs will likely roll your eyes at, as 'some' of us (ME!) find all this stuff fairly perplexing at times.

My question around keywords, that I've been struggling with, is "Do you need to add which keywords you're targeting in a particular post/page somewhere else, other than in the post itself?"

My apologies if that question doesn't quite seem to make sense. It basically stems from me going over Kyle's keyword training vids about 5 times already, and although I'm doing everything shown on the lesson, I'm not finding my posts until about page 10 or even further down on google-even though I'm targeting the likes of the exact numbers Kyle says to aim for with keywords.

So I'm wondering if there's a section on each post or somewhere else, where I should be stating exactly what keywords I'm targeting in that post?

Plus about a thousand other things I'm having issues with on my website, but around keywords, that's my main query. Any feedback hugely appreciated.

Your keyword phrase is your post/page title. When you write the meta description it should be included with around 150 other characters (not more than 160 characters total.
The keyword phrase should be used in your first paragraph and after that don't use it too much because search engines do not like that.

It is not unusual for your new indexed pages/posts not to be in position one in the search engine results for your keyword. That is due to other similar pages/posts already indexed (using the keyword phrase you did. Sometimes ours don't show up even on page 2 depending upon the competition. But when our content is original and helpful our page rises to the first page. This all takes time.

Do what WA training says and you will be fine.

Hope that helps some.

Thanks very much for such a helpful, informative response. , that does help.

The keyword phrase part I was getting a bit lost on, so that really does help thanks guys.

All the best, and MERRY CHRISTMAS.

Glad this help you.

Merry Christmas to you too.

Looks really good to me! 😎👍

😎

I think that's great to have an article focused on the keywords.
Yeah, that is a good idea.

Thank you for sharing.

Glad you like it.

Much success to you as you continue the keyword adventure.

Yes indeed, thank you very much! 😊

Thank you George for your post. I often either uses Quora or Google to see the popular trends or question that is being asked initially

Then I use that phrase or keyword and type into Jaaxy. It is there I get more than ideas for my articles

Yes, I would agree that Quora and Googles People Also Ask Are great ways to get quick ideas.

Thanks for adding it.

Hi George, informative article. I only use Jaaxy, sometimes I wonder if that is enough. Keywords are essential.

Thank you for the share,
Michael

I think Jaaxy is a good way for beginners to understand and do the process.

As advanced keyword searchers there are definitely supplemental tools to use.
