Intense Focus- My Thoughts
I have been reading a book : Titled "DEEP WORK" which basically discusses topics of deep focus and concentration. I believe this is one ability that tends to diminish in todays youth, especially with all the latest technology and social media. Now don't get me wrong social media is not a bad thing, as this will be my platform for promoting myself into my selected industry. But I do believe that at times it hinders kids ability to focus on task at hand. snap chat for instance, is checked hundreds of times a day by todays youth. Now what if we could focus that ability on getting kids to read 100 times a day. That knowledge would be great power for them to acquire; learn, grow, and develop on an intellectual level. :)

Thanks for sharing your thoughts about that topic! I think especially the potential overuse of gaming might be also a problem,or could be in the near future...I got also curious about the book :)
