Update with My Progress so Far
It has been an exciting first seven weeks as a Premium Member. It took me long enough to upgrade, almost three and a half months. The key is I pulled the trigger, had to be mentally ready for the work ahead of me.
It makes no sense to jump into anything new if you're not going to dedicate your energy to making it work. We all know there is a ton of work with any new program you decide to work with.
So on November 2nd, I decided I was ready to tackle the learning process. Below are what I have accomplished so far. Not worried about generating an income at the moment; that will come.
I Accomplishes so Far with WA
- I have successfully created seven pages on my website.
- I have written thirteen articles, with a total word count of 12,376.
- Seven of the papers have been indexed with Google.
- I have written 31 blog posts on the WA Blog.
- I have lowered my ranking to 126 from 280,500 when I started.
- I spent a generous portion of the day tweaking my website.
- I have no Affiliate Links to any products, my choice.
- I had one small problem here with WA, no need to go any further.
- I only have 272 following me, but I am ok with that.
Happy with the progress so far; training has been slow for my reasons. I need to master each step before I proceed to the next lesson. Yes, it means a lot of research beyond the WA platform.
My advice to all new members who join our wonderful community, you are in control of your progress. "Wealthy Affiliates" is not a hundred-yard dash but more of a lifetime marathon of learning new concepts that frequently changed with search engine algorithms.

You are so right, this is lifelong learning and not a race. You've already mastered one of the most important lessons you'll ever learn here.
Thank You, Jeannine. It is one of the hardest lessons to learn. It takes discipline and becoming very focused on where you want to go.
I recall you telling me in another reply from you that cracking the hundred mark was not easy, your right. But I have time, one goal at a time.
The way I see it, if you are going to do something positive, make sure you have the correct mindset. You worry about making money; you are going to make zero. The money will come when you provide a reason for it to come to you.
As Eugene said in his post yesterday, do not chase the cat, Let the cat come to you. God, I would have paid for that advice.
We learn something new every day here in WA. Glad to be part of this community.

Thank You, it has been fun learning. I was getting bored, and summer was coming to an end meant outside was not a good option. Not a fan of winter. Here where I live, we get a lot of snow and terrible storms. Thank god for our house generator, or no electricity.

I learned that the first couple of months. I would rather have a online business that will supplement passive income to something that is quick get rich and it is a scam. You go at your own pace. Continue to strive for success. Alicia
