After I set up my Privacy Policy, I left the page before checking the Robot Meta NOINDEX box, and the Robot Meta NOFOLLOW box. How do I get back to check those boxes?

After I set up my Privacy Policy, I left the page before checking the Robot Meta NOINDEX box, and the Robot Meta NOFOLLOW box. How do I get back to check those boxes?
In WordPress go into the Edit area for your Privacy Policy and then scroll the whole screen down to the All in One SEO Pack area under the editor window. It is there that you will find the NoIndex and NoFollow boxes. After clicking on them make sure to click Update to have them take affect.
Sorry, but I am REAL Newby, can't remember how to get back into Wordpress, could you give me more specific instructions please. Thanks.
In the menu on the left under your profile image click where it says Websites.
Then select Site Manager at the top
Now click on the blue Login button. If it says Login Now click on that. This will bring you into your WordPress dashboard
Now in the left side menu in WordPress point at either Posts or Pages. If your Privacy Policy was a Page, point at Pages. If your Privacy Policy was a Post, point at Posts.
Then in the popup menu select either All Pages or All Posts.
This will then show you all of your pages or all of your posts that are on your website.
Now click on the title that says Privacy Policy. When it appears, scroll the entire screen down to just under the editor window to where it says All in One SEO Pack.
It is here where you will see the NoIndex and NoFollow boxes.
After you are done making changes, scroll the screen all the way up and click the blue Update button.
