I did what the training said but its still saying that i am not indexed or verified what do i do?
I am now indexed with Google and i have been on the ball every since can't seem to come away from the computer been at it since 1 o'clock this morning. Done set up another page and i am getting ready to do another blog post so look for it to come out. Thanks everyone for the info and your concerns.
No it is actually ok now i just needed to give Google enough time to find me and they did. You are the one that helped me because when i went back to do what you told me to do it says if you don't get verified right away just give up to 72 hours. Finally it showed up today and i did a post letting everyone know it's working. Thank you so much for responding and helping me out; you are awesome!!!!!

Have you signed up to Google Search Console ? Google Webmaster Tools and Google Search Console
Then perhaps request a Site Feedback so that other members can check to see if they can see any reason by you shouldn't be indexed.
Have you tried doing a fetch and render to see if it shows up, sometimes can take time to get indexed have a look at this Fetch as Google
