I love to target on low competition keywords and that is why most of our website's sales come mostly from these low hanging fruit keywords. :)
So, what are the benefits if you target for long tail keywords or low competition keywords or low hanging fruits keywords :
1) It is definitely much easier to rank on first page of google
2) Brings you lots of easy traffic if you target on long tail keywords
3) Every one of us can rank for long tail keywords but
4) Not everyone is capable to rank for competitive keywords
5) Although long tail key words gives only small traffic, there are lesser competition
6) The visitors searching for these long tail keywords on yr website know exactly what they need, so these type of visitors convert to sales easily.
Wow! Such awesome benefits in targeting low hanging fruit keywords! :)
