As we embark upon a new month, which is Month 4 of our SAC Challenge, it’s time to refocus. Time to refocus for all of us, as we round the turn and enter the last quarter of 2019.

Based on the comments I’ve read, many people got off track during the summer and fell behind. . It was a fun summer for many of us. The fun took us off track. For others, life and work simply got in the way.

That’s all well and good. Glad you had a great summer my friends.

But summer is just about over.

It's time for Q4.

No worries, soon the clock starts at “Zero.”

Or most productive season will soon be upon us.

Work On Finishing That One Thing That's Missing

“Don’t overthink it, just take action”.

This appears so simple, right? Just take action. Not a highly challenging action, but a very simple action.

Then why is this something that most of us shy away from and cannot do?

Why can't we finish that one thing that's been missing that will bring us success?

That one thing that is cheating us out of success?

Somewhere, there may be a deep psychological aversion living within us that we have carried since childhood holding us back from this very simple act of “taking action” on that one thing.

It’s sort of like when we are standing at the edge of the diving board at the deep end of the swimming pool as a kid, the board is only 12 inches above the water and we already know how to swim, but something is still holding us back from jumping, and we can feel those butterflies “fluttering inside of our stomachs”.

Completing that “one thing” is what the majority of us need to work on most.

It seems that everyone I speak to “runs” through much of the course material in record time, but when it comes time to implementing that ONE THING – and it’s a DIFFERENT one thing for each person - we somehow can’t “get it done.”

We can rationalize many reasons for this, but in the end, those reasons all turn out to be the worst excuses that we could ever make for ourselves.

However uncomfortable to admit, we all must be brutally honest and ask ourselves the deeper question “Am I gaining all of the benefits I possibly can from the WA training and from the SAC Challenge?

This "one thing" is where our progress often stops.

Gettin past doing that "one thing" often tells the tale between those that WIN and those that LOSE.

But this will all change.

We ALL can be SO much better.

Challenge yourself and take it to the next level.

Finsh that One Thing you've been missing.

It’s time to setup to some stricter boundaries and to hold our actions to greater accountability.

It's time to step up.

Time to Refocus

Ladies and Gents, it’s time to refocus.

Fall is just about upon us.

My best months for me have always been the last quarter during the end of year months from September thru December.

So will it be yours.

It’s time to seize the success that has been staring us right in the face off of that low hanging tree.

The time is right now to eliminate lots of the unacceptable excuses we’ve made and the inefficiencies we’ve all conveniently turned a blind eye to.

Let’s make all of us participating in this SAC Challenge our own accountability partners!

Get Ready for the Fall Push

Here’s how it is going to go.

If we want to grow our businesses through this SAC Challenge, we are going to have to finish that task we’ve ALL been avoiding that we could never check off.

If we all want to improve our airplane numbers and get to Vegas, we all will need to work smarter.

It’s that simple.

Will we still stumble along the road occasionally?

Sure will.

Will we still blow work off once awhile?

Of course.

But we are going to make it OUR business, and Get Back on Track Quickly.

And we are all going to hold ourselves accountable to each other and through the SAC Challenge thread.

So are you ready for the Fall Push?

The time has come to make steady improvements

Time to do those tasks we’ve been avoiding.

It won’t be perfect.

Things will change from here on though.

Let’s end the year right.

Fall will be our Most Productive Season!
